Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns while completing repair orders and documentation accurately. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays. High School Diploma, valid driver's license, and Virginia State Inspection License required; ASE certifications in suspension, brakes, and HVAC preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Virginia State Inspection License
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive dealership experience
- Automotive Technology training or education
- Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems
- ASE Certifications, especially: A4 – Suspension & Steering, A5 – Brakes, A7 – Heating & Air Conditioning
