Job Summary
Install and repair components of manufactured homes per service work orders for sold properties in the Winston-Salem region. Receive work orders and supplies from the Laurinburg, NC facility. Maintain a valid driver's license and submit to a motor vehicle background check as required. Perform warranty work on homes in the Raleight, NC area while adhering to company safety standards and craftsmanship expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Submit for motor vehicle background check
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
