Job Summary
Provide customer service and maintenance for Loram railroad lubrication units within a regional scope. Perform lubrication services on top-of-rail and gauge-face units, manage maintenance-vehicle inventory, and plan field-service tasks. Maintain compliance with railroad and Loram operating rules, process work orders and paperwork (delivery tickets, warranty, returns), and support customer relations with the Sales team. Requires CDL eligibility and successful completion of pre-employment physicals and background checks; must be able to travel 100% and lift up to 50 pounds; strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: High School Diploma/ Equivalent
- Licenses/Certifications: Maintain railroad safety training and certifications
- Ability to obtain a CDL.
