Service Technician - Cardinal 95

Service Technician position at Greystar performing technical/mechanical work to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. Responsibilities include completing resident service work orders and preventative maintenance, executing the make-ready process for vacant apartments, tracking materials and inventory, coordinating with vendors/contractors, documenting work orders and inspections, maintaining grounds and amenities (cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage), and supporting cost-control by using materials efficiently. Requires EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications (and other state/local licenses as required) plus a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart where applicable. The role requires flexibility with schedule, occasional travel within properties, and adherence to safety and OSHA training.
