Job Summary
Diagnose and repair hardware issues with copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer locations while performing firmware upgrades, driver installations, and equipment modifications. Manage a parts inventory in your company vehicle and dispatch service calls through our automated system, then set up and install equipment and accessories at client sites. Refurbish equipment and perform in-shop repairs as needed, planning and prioritizing your daily service calls based on urgency and customer needs. Interact professionally with customers to deliver a great service experience. This field-based role includes ongoing manufacturer training and provides a company vehicle, tools, laptop, and cell phone.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and maneuver heavy equipment with assistance
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- Must be able to work in Fort Collins, CO
Desired Qualifications
- Vocational/technical education
- A+ certification
- Net+ certification
- Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining multifunction copiers, printers, and digital office equipment
- Experience performing firmware upgrades, driver installations, and equipment modifications
- Experience managing a parts inventory
- Experience dispatching service calls
- Experience setting up and installing equipment and accessories at client sites
- Experience interacting professionally with customers
- Experience refurbishing equipment and performing in-shop repairs
- Experience planning and prioritizing daily service calls
- Strong troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software
- Experience working independently and managing your own schedule in the field
- Strong professional communication skills
