Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and basic repairs while assisting with simple diagnostic tasks under guidance. Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings accurately, maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas. Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures while supporting B- and A-Level technicians as needed. This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 2 years of experience or a technical program completion who is ready to build skills in a high-volume, fast-paced service department. The shop is fully heated and cooled for year-round comfort, offering opportunities for hands-on training and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of automotive experience or completion of a technical program
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time
