Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for global customer field service of Burr Oak Tool product lines; troubleshoot and service machines including electric, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and HMI controllers; modify programs to facilitate correct operation, order replacement parts, document issues with field service reports, and inspect sites to verify installations meet specifications. Must learn functionality of multiple Burr Oak Tool machines, perform root cause analysis, participate in regular team huddles and goal setting, observe safety practices (5S) and maintain high productivity and quality. Requires forklift license, ability to travel internationally, strong math skills, excellent interpersonal communication, high energy, and the ability to handle multi-faceted projects.
