Job Summary
As a Service Technician, you will inspect window and door products, assess service issues, replace parts, and ensure proper function. Your responsibilities include communicating with customers about concerns, providing cost estimates, completing daily assigned field service tasks, and maintaining a clean work area while adhering to safety guidelines. Qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of experience in a related field, along with physical capability and technical skills to diagnose and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- A commitment to safety and professionalism
- The ability to perform heavy physical demands, lifting 75lbs frequently
- Proven record of providing excellent customer-facing experiences
- At least 1 year experience installing windows and doors or similar transferable experience in a related field
- Technical experience to diagnose issues and define the difference between product and installation issues
- Proficient using tools such as drills, saws, and levels
Desired Qualifications
- Vocational training in carpentry
