Job Summary
Complete assigned service tickets, measure and prepare installation areas, remove old flooring, and level subfloors. Cut and fit flooring materials, apply adhesives, nail or staple, and ensure proper alignment. Transition installations, perform minor tile replacements, grout touchups, caulking, and hard surface plank repairs. Maintain job readiness by ensuring tools, screws, caulk, and stock materials are available. Monitor job quality, address concerns, and report issues or delays to the Warranty Team. Maintain a valid driver's license and work in a field environment with conditions including heavy lifting up to 30 pounds and temperature extremes.
Required Qualifications
