Job Summary
Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems across apartment communities; perform apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and involvement in construction/rehabilitation projects; conduct multiple site visits weekly across one to several properties; monitor service requests, ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction; follow company policies and safety guidelines (OSHA and local codes); collaborate with Community Manager BTR and Service Manager BTR, schedule priorities, and coordinate move-in/move-out reports; participate in on-call rotations and travel to multiple work locations; require HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications and own tools; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions; full-time schedule with potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of working knowledge with all major types of general maintenance, safety, heating, and air conditioning experience
- HVAC certification or ability to obtain
- EPA Certification in areas of Type II-domestic HVAC systems, 410A- or ability to obtain
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) or ability to obtain
- High School or GED (General Education Diploma) is a plus
- Ability to travel to multiple work locations
- Provide own hand tools
