Service Technician - BTR (61861)

Service Technician BTR responsible for maintaining and repairing apartment assets across multiple communities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and interior/exterior structural work. Performs apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and may participate in construction or rehabilitation projects. Conducts site visits (1-4 communities weekly), ensures adherence to BH policies, supports move-in/move-out processes, monitors service requests, and helps maintain safety/compliance. Coordinates with Community Manager BTR and Service Manager BTR; handles on-call duties and responds to resident requests within 24 hours. Requires tools, ability to travel between sites, OSHA compliance knowledge, and HVAC-related certifications; high school diploma or GED preferred.
