Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain mobility and accessibility equipment, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive driving solutions. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently, recommend effective repairs, and stay current on evolving mobility technologies. Accurately document inspections and service work while collaborating with teammates to ensure quality outcomes. Begin building product knowledge to support customers confidently and deliver outstanding service within established timelines. This Monday–Friday daytime position offers competitive hourly pay, performance incentives, and comprehensive training in automotive adaptive equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- Personal tool set
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive Technology certificate or related training
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Fabrication or welding experience
- ASE certification
