Job Summary
Service Technician at BMW of Traverse City. Responsible for precision diagnostics and expert repair of luxury/euro vehicles using BMW diagnostic equipment. Collaborates with Service Advisors to provide transparent, high-quality updates to guests. Performs everything from routine maintenance (oil services/brakes) to advanced engine and drivetrain repairs, while maintaining productivity and safety. Willingness to pursue ASE certifications through paid manufacturer training and contribute to a team-focused, community-oriented service experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience
- State of Michigan or ASE certifications preferred
- Ownership of a basic set of automotive tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Participation in or completion of manufacturer training (BMW/Fox University) to support ASE certifications
