Job Summary
Service Technician for Beztak Senior Living responsible for maintaining safe, orderly, and appealing property, grounds, and equipment. Tasks include building repairs, snow removal, groundskeeping, inventory management, operating maintenance shop, completing emergency repairs, documenting replacements (appliances, carpets, water heaters, condensers), noting building deficiencies for supervisors, and occasional driving for work-related purposes. Must perform duties in a high-pressure environment with strong interpersonal skills; candidates should be flexible, innovative, and capable of leading/ managing. HVAC knowledge and EPA certification are preferred. Pre-employment background checks and state-specific requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or related Vocational Training and/or equivalent work experience
- 1-year experience in similar field required
