Service Technician

Service Technician at Barringer Service Solutions on active client facilities, performing on-site service across a variety of tasks including carpentry, metal and wood framing, cabinetry, drywall, painting, water-damage repairs, and installation of doors/frames/hardware/ceiling grid and related fixtures. Responsible for space refreshes, picture hanging, and coordinating with subcontractors, while maintaining professional, solutions-focused communication with clients. Requires a craftsman’s mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret plans and schedules; field-based with a standard weekday schedule and occasional after-hours or weekend calls. Experience: 3+ years in construction or building maintenance; HVAC/plumbing/electrical/carpentry training is a plus. Certifications: Valid NC driver’s license; English fluency; willingness to operate hand and power tools. Environment: active client sites, indoors/outdoors, varying conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs, travel between sites as needed.
