Service Technician - Avia Lowry

Technical and mechanical service role performing preventive and responsive maintenance on property systems, completing work orders from resident requests, handling the make-ready process for vacant apartments, managing materials and vendor coordination, documenting service activities, and supporting grounds and cleaning efforts. Requires EPA refrigerant-recycling certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) and a valid driver’s license; occasional travel to other properties and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
