Job Summary
Respond to service calls and dairy emergencies, then complete scheduled maintenance work orders. Manage truck inventory levels to ensure readiness for any situation while obtaining and maintaining all required certifications. Foster positive relationships with customers and coworkers, communicating effectively with external partners and internal teams. Utilize phones and computers to handle service calls, complete work orders, and track time. Work independently with little supervision during 8-hour shifts with on-call rotations. We provide comprehensive training in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, welding, refrigeration, and pneumatic skills to support dairy production at its best.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to take and pass a physical agility test, background, and drug test
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in utilizing various tools, including phones and computers
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- The position entails 8-hour shifts with on-call rotations
