Job Summary
Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs while inspecting properties for safety hazards and minor roof issues. Assist with hazardous weather events, snow removal, and fire safety protocols. Accompany vendors in occupied units for pest control and property inspections, and deliver resident notices to office staff. Maintain community value through daily maintenance functions and after-hours emergency support, including night and weekend call duty. Work flexible schedules including inclement weather and one weekend day.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Community Management
- Must be able to lift 25-100 lbs. on a regular basis
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations
- Must be available for night/weekend call duty
- Must be able to work during inclement weather
- Will be required to work 1 weekend day
