Job Summary
Assist seasoned Service Technicians in the installation and repair of environmental control systems by identifying, examining, diagnosing, and planning equipment repairs at customer locations. Collaborate with supervising field technicians and project managers to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site installations using cutting-edge software, hand tools, and blueprints. Continually enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company assets. This four-year nationally registered apprenticeship program includes paid instruction time, mentorship, and opportunities for promotion to HVAC Service Technician with regular pay increases.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age when you start on day 1
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years
- Must be able to pass additional drug screening (Safety Sensitive Role)
