Job Summary
As a Service Technician Apprentice, you’ll join Impact’s Service Team and follow a structured, hands-on training path to become a technical expert in digital office equipment/copiers. You’ll learn equipment setup, implementation, troubleshooting, and service-call best practices while completing vendor certifications (Konica, Kyocera, Ricoh, and HP). This full-time, Monday–Friday role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring reliable equipment performance at client sites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivated with good communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to do light lifting of at least 50 pounds
- Valid state driver’s license
