Job Summary
Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining propane equipment for retail customers under direct supervision. Develop knowledge on loading, securing, transporting, and delivering propane while inspecting vehicles and notifying supervisors of needed supplies. Prepare and maintain records according to regulations, operate trucks safely, and provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries. Train with team members on after-hours and weekend emergency deliveries or response as needed. Once qualified, may drive a Bobtail truck on business needs or an on-call rotation. Requires high school diploma, willingness to obtain CDL Class A or B with hazmat and tanker endorsement, good driving record, and English proficiency. Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain Commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with hazmat and tanker endorsement if not currently obtained
- Good driving record
- Proficient in speaking, writing, and understanding the English language
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
- Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa
- Will be required to train with team members who are working on call rotation for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries or response as needed
- Once qualified, may be required to drive a Bobtail truck base on business needs and/or On Call rotation
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or B license with hazmat and tanker endorsement preferred
