Service Technician and Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Perform equipment repairs, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and provide technical phone support for dry ice blasting and manufacturing machinery at customer sites and the Rancho Cucamonga office. Generate service quotes, update job entries in company software, and contribute to parts sales while collaborating with sales, engineering, and operations teams. Manage inventory control procedures, execute cycle counts, and prepare machines for domestic and international shipment using forklifts and industrial equipment. Resolve customer issues diplomatically, propose add-on sales opportunities, and track productivity metrics within assigned territories. Travel up to 10% of the time, including international assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a technical field or equivalent military training
- 5+ years' experience in field service working with mechanical equipment
- Proficient level skills with MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP & CRM applications
- Strong business communication skills, from oral presentations to business writing
- High attention to detail
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Able and willing to travel up to 10% of the time, including international travel
- Operate forklift and other industrial lift equipment
