Job Summary
Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances. Respond promptly and professionally to all work order requests while inspecting buildings for safety and cleanliness issues. Alert the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to any items requiring urgent attention. Maintain excellent customer service for both prospective and current residents to ensure a quality living experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade
- Valid Driver's License
