Job Summary
Air Power, Inc. seeks an experienced full-time Service Technician to repair, inspect, and maintain customer equipment including spray systems and pneumatic/battery tools. Responsibilities include assembling, testing, and repairing Air Power finishing systems and components; diagnosing and solving repair issues; rebuilding and testing products; providing progress updates; and building relationships with customers. Requires mechanical aptitude with pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical backgrounds as a plus, 2+ years in a related field preferred, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency with hand and power tools and test equipment, and ability to stand most of the day. Required Qualifications
- Must have a good attitude with proven mechanical ability (pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical backgrounds are a plus)
- 2+ years in related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools and test equipment
- Position requires standing most of the day
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- 2 years or more of experience in related field preferred
