Job Summary
Troubleshoot, configure, and program existing security and site automation solutions, including fire, carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video, and access control systems. Test and validate system signals with central monitoring to establish service, while following wired/wireless connection procedures. Act as a customer service champion to help customers fix issues and understand their home protection. Requires valid driver's license, service experience, and technical aptitude. Full benefits begin after 31 days, with a pay range of $24.71–$45.89 per hour. Includes company vehicle, gas card, and incentive plan.
