Job Summary
Troubleshoot, configure, and program existing security and site automation solutions, including fire, carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video, and access control systems. Test and validate system signals with central monitoring to establish service while following wired/wireless connection procedures. Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions and demonstrate a customer-focused mindset by helping them understand their home protection.
