Job Summary
Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program security and site automation solutions. Service fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control. Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to establish service. Provide customer-focused support by visiting customers at homes or businesses while applying wired/wireless technologies and procedures. Requires valid drivers license and a High School degree or equivalent.
