Job Summary
Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program existing security and site automation solutions, including fire, carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video, and access control systems. Follow wired and wireless technology connection procedures, then test and validate system signals with central monitoring to establish service. Serve as a customer service champion by helping clients fix issues and understand their home protection. Maintain a customer-focused mindset while thriving in uncertain environments. Requires high school degree, valid driver's license, service experience, and strong technical aptitude. Pay ranges from $20.41 to $37.92 per hour.
