Job Summary
The Residential Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing, and programming security and site automation solutions, including fire and carbon monoxide detection systems, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control. Key duties include testing and validating system signals with central monitoring, demonstrating strong customer service skills to assist customers, and following wired/wireless technology procedures. To succeed in this role, candidates should have a high school degree, a valid driver's license, service experience, and a strong technical aptitude.
