Job Summary
Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program existing security and site automation solutions, including fire, carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video, and access control. Test and validate system signals with central monitoring to establish service while following wired and wireless connection procedures. Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions and demonstrate willingness to help them understand their home protection. Maintain a customer-focused mindset in a collaborative environment, thriving in the face of uncertainty.
