Job Summary
The Residential Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing, and programming existing security and site automation solutions. Key duties include servicing fire and carbon monoxide detection systems, managing networking, hosted video solutions, and access control. The role requires following wired/wireless technology processes, testing system signals, and demonstrating excellent customer service by helping clients understand their security systems. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
