Job Summary
Troubleshoot, configure, and program existing security and site automation solutions for fire, carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video, and access control systems. Test and validate system signals with central monitoring to establish service while following wired and wireless connection procedures. Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions, demonstrating a customer-focused mindset by helping them fix issues and understand their protection. Work in a collaborative environment supporting residential and business clients across North America.
