Job Summary
The Service Technician will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and various failures of trucks and related equipment. Responsibilities include disassembling, repairing, and reassembling truck engines, transmissions, and other systems, as well as accurately documenting repairs. Candidates should have a high school diploma and over 2 years of experience, be able to use diagnostic tools, and demonstrate a commitment to safety. Attendance and punctuality are crucial for customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- More than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to read and write in English
- Experience operating diagnostic devices, laptops, and tablets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with diesel engines
- Familiarity with truck mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
