Job Summary
Service Technician with HVAC and general maintenance responsibilities at BH properties. Responsibilities include diagnosing problems, performing repairs, assisting with apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance. Requires hands-on maintenance experience, basic computer skills, tool ownership, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to participate in on-call schedules. Required Qualifications
- Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience
- High School or GED (General Education Diploma) is a plus
- Working knowledge of HVAC
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to provide own (industry specific) hand tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Regular, manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision
