Job Summary
Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and related systems; assist with apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and rehabilitation projects; maintain safety compliance and proper documentation; manage and prioritize maintenance requests with Community Manager; respond to resident needs and participate in on-call rotations; operate and document use of industry-specific technology; uphold quality customer service and professional representation of BH during property maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma is a plus
- EPA Section 608; Type II HVAC
- Two years of general maintenance and safety experience
- Intermediate computer skills with industry-specific technology
- Own industry-specific hand tools
