Required Qualifications
- Solid mechanical and electrical skills comfortable diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment in the field
- Strong troubleshooting ability collaborating to work through a complex mechanical or electrical problem methodically
- Reliable, dependable, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, with regular customer site travel
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a range of industrial environments (climbing, standing, bending, kneeling)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience servicing air compressors, compressed air dryers, or vacuum systems
- Factory training or certifications on brands such as Kaishan, Sullair, Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, or Kaeser
- Background in industrial maintenance, HVAC, or a related mechanical/electrical trade
- Familiarity with compressed air system components like dryers, filters, receivers, piping, and controls
