Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for repairs and maintenance of Ironclad Equipment in the field and yard, including traveling to customer locations for on-site repairs, performing advanced repairs on returned units, installation and retrieval, and assisting with yard readiness. Responsibilities include mechanical repairs, pump and hose evaluations, equipment setup/disassembly, pressure washing, labeling, inventory management, loading/unloading, and general housekeeping. Additional duties include repairing Ironclad Units for rental, documenting work, and maintaining safety and attendance. Requires a Monday–Friday schedule, potential overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package with opportunities for career growth; safety-sensitive role with pre-employment drug screen and background check. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in general labor tasks such as pressure washing, forklift operation, inventory management, and following schedules and instructions.
- Skilled in backing/loading equipment on trailers, spray painting, and order filling.
- Valid forklift certification and driver's license preferred.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in email and cell phone communication
