Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for repairing Ironclad Equipment in the field and in-yard, traveling to customer locations for on-site repairs, and performing advanced repairs on returned units. Includes installation and retrieval, minor mechanical repairs, pump and hose evaluations, equipment setup/disassembly, pressure washing, labeling, inventory management, loading/unloading, and general housekeeping. Also assists the yard with cleaning and preparing units for rental (including welding/electrical work, pump repair, tanker cleaning, berm repair) and documents completed work to verify unit readiness, with a Monday–Friday schedule and safety-conscious duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Experience in general labor tasks such as pressure washing, forklift operation, inventory management, and following schedules and instructions
- Skilled in backing/loading equipment on trailers, spray painting, and order filling
- Valid forklift certification and driver's license preferred
- Welding experience is a plus
- Proficiency in email and cell phone communication
