Field Technician at Spectrum installs and repairs services and educates customers on their use. The role is outdoors and active, with opportunities for self-progression and career growth from Field Technician I up to IV, including potential certification and advancement into other roles. No two days are the same in the field, focusing on solving technical challenges and building relationships with customers while earning from day one with a structured progression plan.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards required
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Proficient with hand tools
- Ability to travel to and from customer premises and other locations as necessary
- Physical ability to walk, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
