Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum services while educating customers on their use. Solve technical challenges outdoors using hand tools and navigate vehicles across various terrains and weather conditions. Carry equipment up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces. Travel to assigned customer premises and company facilities as necessary, including during inclement weather. Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Requires proficiency in computers, software applications, and English fluency.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
