Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on product usage. Work outdoors in various environments using hand tools, climbing ladders up to 32 feet, and operating company vehicles. Travel to customer premises and facilities, including during inclement weather, carrying equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. Solve complex technical issues and build relationships with colleagues and clients. Earn $20.50/hour with self-progression opportunities to increase pay through course completion. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and proficiency in computers and software.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
