Job Summary
Service Technician 2 responsible for multi-faceted maintenance in apartments, performing painting, drywall repairs, electrical/plumbing/HVAC/appliances work, carpentry and flooring tasks, and daily maintenance with strong customer service to residents and vendors. Must handle on-call rotation, operate company-provided apps, use personal vehicle between properties, lift up to 80 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather. Certifications in HVAC/CPO/EPA are desirable or required per regional leadership; proficiency with Microsoft tools, Yardi, and Paycom is preferred. Must pass background check and drug testing; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Roles based at San Bernardino properties with potential assignment to other Weidner locations as needed.
