Job Summary
Service Technician 2 responsible for maintenance tasks across vacant and occupied apartments, including painting, drywall repairs, electrical/plumbing/heating system work, carpentry, flooring, pool maintenance, and grounds upkeep. Must manage time, deliver quality service to residents, interact professionally with residents/vendors, and participate in on-call rotations. Requires 3-5 years in maintenance and painting/drywall, mechanical aptitude, ability to lift heavy loads, operate in various weather conditions, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Must utilize company devices/software and may be assigned to multiple properties.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years maintenance experience
- 3-5 years painting and drywall repairs
- Able to lift up to 80 pounds/36.3 kilograms and climb ladders
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, swimming pool maintenance, appliances, building systems, HVAC systems
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to be assigned to other properties as needed
