Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances across property-management communities; respond to work orders promptly and professionally; inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with the Service Manager and Property Manager to address issues. Requires 1+ year of PM or related maintenance experience, CPO certification (if applicable), strong communication and customer-service skills, and a valid driver’s license. Pays a $2,000 signing bonus with comprehensive benefits; salary range $22.00–$24.00 per hour (annualized: $45,760–$49,920). Visa sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
- CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
