• •Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, swimming pool maintenance, appliances, building systems, irrigation systems, and HVAC systems
• •Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text
• •Working knowledge of English
• •Detail oriented
• •Well organized
• •Prompt, regular attendance
• •Willing and able to be assigned to other Weidner properties as needed
• •Must agree to a criminal background check
• •Must sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
• •Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation

• •Must be able to clean pools as directed
• •Must be able to monitor chemical balance
• •Must be able to maintain logs as required by city ordinances
• •Must be able to perform daily grounds maintenance
• •Must be able to participate in property improvements and preventive maintenance scheduled tasks
• •Must be able to monitor supplies and maintain equipment
• •Must be able to ensure common areas and amenities are clean and maintained daily
• •Must be able to accompany vendors to vacant and/or occupied units
• •Must be able to ensure maintenance shop/custodial area is clean, organized, and professionally presentable
• •Must be able to perform repairs on plank, vinyl and carpet flooring
• •Must be able to perform detailed work with carpentry, drywall repairs and interior/exterior painting
• •Must be able to learn to distinguish when full-paint or touch-up paint is needed
• •Must be able to identify correct paint sheen and color
• •Must be able to perform preventative maintenance as assigned
• •Must be able to perform service requests for residents daily and timely
• •Must be able to work independently in all aspects of the role
• •Must be able to manage their time effectively
