Job Summary
Maintain community buildings, hallways, and breezeways while sustaining cleanliness of community amenities. Freshen apartments as needed and report repair issues to maintenance staff. Provide excellent customer service to residents throughout the shift. Requires one year of janitorial or grounds experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and passing a criminal background check. Spanish language skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of janitorial and/or grounds experience
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance
