Collaborate with property department team members to meet resident and owner expectations. This role requires residential maintenance experience with basic skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. Candidates must have strong customer service abilities and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. The position involves medium-heavy physical work including prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
