Job Summary
Senior-level Service Technical Support role focused on remote monitoring and diagnostics for customer equipment, including parametric analysis, alarm/event management, and preventive maintenance reporting for batteries and UPS systems. Responsible for monitoring, logging, and resolving incidents; conducting in-depth diagnostics; generating specialized reports; coordinating with internal/external customers; and contributing to process improvements. Ideal candidates have a BS in Mechanical/Electrical/ECE, or an associate with 1-2 years’ experience, strong English communication, and teamwork skills; preferred skills include Automation, PowerBI, CAD tools, and Oracle PLM. Office-based role in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, with typical on-site responsibilities and engagement with engineering and product teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or ECE or directly related degree
- Associates in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/ECE Engineering with 1-2 years’ experience considered
- Fluent in spoken and written English; good planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills
- Must be team oriented
