Job Summary

Coordinate dealer technical support, complex diagnosis, and major quality issue closure to optimize first-time-fix rates and vehicle uptime while mitigating high-voltage safety risks for GAC's New Energy Vehicles in France. Develop technical management rules, standard operational processes, and annual work plans aligned with GAC Europe's aftersales strategy, deploying repair manuals, diagnostic materials, and special tools across French dealers. Desired Qualifications
