Job Summary
Service Technician (yard) at WillScot inspecting buildings and performing repairs/readiness work for modular buildings, including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and related tasks; responsibilities cover safety compliance, fleet resource management, performing inspections/check-ins, coordinating repairs, creating floor plan drawings as needed, communicating with customers, ensuring units are ready by scheduled delivery dates, performing HVAC checks, and may be assigned duties at field locations; requires high school diploma or GED, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, computer familiarity, strong communication skills, carpentry expertise, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record; WillScot emphasizes benefits and veteran-friendly hiring.
Required Qualifications

- Some knowledge of computers

- Carpentry knowledge and experience
